Long Table: Gender Equity

Second Place’s second long table event was a collaborative ‘salon’ with Parlour, which coincided with the co-launch of the AILA Gender Equity Study by the Institute and Parlour. The conversation featured Justine Clarke and Gil Matthewson from Parlour, who discussed the findings of the study, and Cassandra Chilton and Simone Bliss, who discussed meaningful responses to the discoveries through innovation in practice. Second Place guest hosted Parlour’s Instagram page for the week of the event, covering the discussion with an audience beyond the event itself.
